Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to write text for contract to complete IBISCHK message help.
  - Not done.

IBISCHK Parser 6.1.4 development contract:
- Bob: Atul is making progress and asking questions.
  - Mike has answered questions regarding platform issues.
  - The contract has been signed.
  - The delivery date is June 2, but slippage is common.
  - One of the questions was about Reserved_Parameter names in Model_Specific
- Mike: Reserved_Parameter names in Model_Specific are common.
- Bob: The reserved parameter support by version table should define what is allowed.
  - 6.1.4 will be checking for these under BUG 184.
- Mike: This will be a new error number.
- Bob: To use reserved names in Model_Specific just don't upgrade AMI_Version.

- Bob: Ambrish and Arpad disagree over whether an unused port name is an error or warning.
- Mike: Unused items are usually a warning.
- Bob: It's currently an error.
  - This would be a new bug, but not for 6.1.4
- Mike showed IBIS 6.1 page 113, with an example.
- Bob: The list of ports is ordered, used for instantiation.
- Mike: I agree that should be an error.
